Who we are
The Rehab Lab Plus Ads Manager is an internal advertising tool operated by The Rehab Lab Plus ("we", "us"), a physiotherapy clinic at 683 Tessensohn Road, #01-121, Singapore 210683. It manages the clinic's own Google Ads account and hosts the clinic's landing pages. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Google Ads data (Google OAuth)
The clinic owner signs in with Google and grants the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. We use this access only to read and manage The Rehab Lab Plus's own Google Ads account: campaigns, budgets, keywords, ads, search terms, performance and conversion data. We do not access any other Google data, we do not use Google user data for any purpose other than managing that account, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide this function. Every change is logged and requires the owner's approval unless the owner turns on automatic mode. The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted, and the owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Use of Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train AI or machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.
Landing page enquiries
When you send an enquiry through one of our landing pages, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), your message and preferred time, plus technical details about the visit: the page, the Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and campaign (UTM) parameters. We also record clicks on the WhatsApp and call buttons. We use this data only to reply to you, book your assessment and measure which ads bring genuine enquiries.
Conversion tracking
Our landing pages use Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag, gtag.js). It records that an enquiry, WhatsApp click or call click happened after an ad click. When you book, we may upload the click identifier and the time of the booking to Google Ads ("offline conversion"). We don't send your name, phone number, email address or message to Google. Google's use of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Email alerts
We send operational emails, such as new-enquiry, budget and weekly report alerts, to the clinic's admin mailbox through Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. These emails may contain enquiry details and are sent only to the clinic.
Storage, security and retention
Data is stored in a secured database on our hosting provider's cloud infrastructure, with access restricted to the clinic owner. Credentials are encrypted. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or longer only if the law requires it. Google Ads reports are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
No selling of data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Google, Resend, our hosting provider), and only for the purposes described here.
Your rights (PDPA)
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to its use, by emailing admin@therehablabsg.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
