The Rehab Lab Plus Ads Manager

An internal tool used by The Rehab Lab Plus, a physiotherapy clinic at 683 Tessensohn Road, #01-121, Singapore 210683, to manage its own Google Ads account and its patient enquiry landing pages.

What it does

Shows the clinic's Google Ads performance: campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms and conversions.
Suggests improvements, which the clinic owner reviews and approves before anything changes in Google Ads.
Hosts the clinic's patient enquiry landing pages (for example knee pain, back & spine and sports injury physiotherapy) and collects enquiries so the clinic can reply.

Google data we access, and why

The clinic owner signs in with Google (OAuth) and grants the Google Ads scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. We use it only to read and manage The Rehab Lab Plus's own Google Ads account: reporting on campaigns, keywords, ads, search terms and conversions; making owner-approved changes such as budgets, negative keywords and ads; and uploading offline conversions when an ad enquiry becomes a booked assessment. We do not access any other Google data, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
